The titanium carbide cermet rod (TiC rod) belongs to steel-bonded cemented carbide. It is a composite material utilizing steel as the binder phase and refractory metal carbide (primarily titanium carbide and tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. TiC rods are high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite materials.

TiC rods are primarily cast into wear parts such as crusher hammers, plate hammers, jaw plates, concaves, mantles, and crushing rollers. This effectively reinforces the high manganese steel matrix, significantly increasing the service life of crushing equipment and reducing maintenance costs.

Our production facility operates two distinct lines: raw material metal compounds (TiC/Cr3C2/VC/NbC/ZrC/HfC, etc.) and titanium carbide cermet products (rods, inserts, plates, and customized shapes). The facility encompasses a large-scale workshop equipped with high-level machinery for production and quality inspection.
Annual production capacity reaches over 600 tons (TiC rods: 120-180 tons; metal powder: 400-450 tons).
Samples: Vacuum plastic bags followed by carton packaging.
Bulk Production: Steel drums secured on pallets.
Shipping Methods: International express (DHL, FEDEX, TNT), Sea Freight, or Air Freight.
