The titanium carbide cermet rod (TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a compound material based on steel as the binder phase. It utilizes refractory metal carbide (mainly titanium carbide and tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is a high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.

TiC rods are mainly cast into the wear parts of crusher hammers, plate hammers, jaw plates, concaves, mantles, and crushing rollers. This effectively protects the matrix of high manganese steel, significantly increasing the service life of crushing equipment and saving maintenance costs.

Comparison: Common high manganese steel hammer VS TiC reinforced hammer.
Our facility covers 60,000 square meters with a planned factory area of 50,000 square meters. We operate two distinct production lines: raw material metal compounds (TiC/Cr3C2/VC/NbC etc.) and finished titanium carbide cermet products (rods, inserts, plates).

Certified with ISO9001:2008, we are equipped with high-level production and inspection machinery. Our annual production capacity exceeds 600 tons (TiC rods: 120-180 tons; metal powders: 400-450 tons).
