Product Introduction
Titanium Carbide Cermet Rod for Stone Machines Crusher Replacement Casting Foundry
The titanium carbide cermet rod (TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide. It is a compound material based on steel as the binder phase, using refractory metal carbide (mainly titanium carbide and tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. It is a high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.

Product Application
The TiC rod is mainly casted into the wear parts of crusher hammers, plate hammers, jaw plates, concaves, mantles, and crushing rollers. This effectively reduces the wear on high manganese steel matrices, significantly increasing the service life of crushing equipment and saving maintenance costs.
