Can I get a quote without drawings?
Sure, we appreciate receiving your samples, pictures, or drafts with detailed dimensions for an accurate quotation.
Will my drawings be kept confidential?
Yes, we pay much attention to protecting our customers' privacy, and signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is also accepted if needed.
How about the lead time for production?
Generally, it takes 5-7 days for samples and 3-4 weeks for mass production, depending on the complexity and quantity.
How do you control the quality of the parts?
Our process includes material inspection, production first inspection, sampling inspection during the process, and a 100% pre-shipment inspection by our QC team.
What will you do if we receive poor-quality parts?
Please kindly send us the pictures. Our engineers will find the solutions and remake the parts for you as soon as possible.
